Anne Marie has been practicing yoga for twenty years and started teaching in 2006 after her first teacher training in the Ashtanga tradition. As a dancer, athlete, and academic, Anne Marie immediately felt the deep benefits of a moving meditation that integrated breath with alignment and expansion. Throughout two decades of practice and additional training, she has developed a balanced approach to improve overall wellness and vitality. Her yoga practice is a soulful expression of the art of coming alive. Beyond the yoga mat, Anne Marie is a creative consultant, a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, and a soul retreat facilitator.
