With a fantastic location in the heart of Park City’s Old Town our venue’s community campus encompasses a historic 4,500 square foot column-free building, an incredible 1,000 square foot accessory building (as available), a 2,000 square foot historic home directly adjacent which is perfect for guests or further event support, and a breathtaking lawn area with a babbling brook flowing into a lily-lined koi pond.  

With your needs in mind, our flexible approach and over 25 years of experience will deliver all you envision to create your perfect event. We provide consultation services to help you manifest your dreams, large and small, and we offer turn-key event planning so you can just sit back and enjoy the magic as it unfolds!

Pricing

Because not all events are created equal and because our approach is to customize your needs for your event, venue rental pricing is determined on an individual basis. We will meet with you to understand your vision and needs and provide you with a detailed rental price synopsis. We will work with outside vendors to gather costs for all equipment needed that we don’t provide, or you can provide your own vendors and suppliers and we will coordinate with them throughout the event planning process.
